Who Is Responsible for Processing My Data?

The website owner Seismic Solutions d.o.o. Oporovecka 63, 10040 Zagreb, OIB: 70821855161 as the data controller pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR), is responsible for the processing of personal data relating to you.

Who Is My Data Shared With?

Your data may be shared with our partners and subcontractors acting as data processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, if we engage them for specific tasks involving the processing of personal data.
For example, we use the company WIX.com LTD (hereinafter: WIX) as our website service provider. All information regarding WIX’s processing of personal data can be found in their Privacy Notice available at: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.
Please note that in such cases, we remain responsible for the processing of your personal data as the data controller.

Additionally, we may share your data with partners who provide services to you independently of your relationship with us.
For example, if you order services from our partners through us, provide consent for sharing your data with partners, or if we involve partners in processing based on a legal basis.

Finally, we may share your data with government authorities where required by law.

Is My Data Subject to Automated Decision-Making?

We do not use your personal data for processing activities that involve automated decision-making.

How Long Do We Store Your Personal Data?

We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
For example, we store your email address for sending newsletters only for the duration of your newsletter subscription.

Where Is My Personal Data Processed?

Your data is primarily processed in the Republic of Croatia and other EU/EEA countries.

We transfer your data to so-called third countries only in exceptional cases, and when doing so, we ensure adequate levels of personal data protection—for example, by using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or by transferring data to countries for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision.

  • Right to erasure: you may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with Article 17 GDPR;

  • Right to restriction of processing: you may request restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 GDPR;

  • Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest regarding specific processing activities relating to you (Article 21(1) GDPR);

  • Right to data portability: you may request that the personal data you have provided, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, be transferred to another service provider (Article 20 GDPR);

  • You may withdraw your consent at any time, and data processed on the basis of that consent will no longer be used.
